Mr. Dixon has over 10 years of environmental experience, ranging from ecological sustainability research to remedial management and consulting. His project experience includes environmental due diligence, underground storage tank assessment, remedial excavation management, chemical and thermal treatment implementation, environmental insurance litigation management, stormwater compliance, and more.
Mr. Dixon has extensive experience with regulatory permitting, remedial construction design, demolition management and health and safety oversight. He is also well versed in assessing financial risk exposure due to previous land use practices and/or ongoing facility operations. His Master’s Degree in business administration and real estate specialization give him a unique perspective on the drivers associated with property transactions and allows him to better understand the needs of his commercial real estate clientele.
Mr. Dixon also has a broad background in stormwater control as he managed a northwest regional compliance program for a large scale waste management company. His services included Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan auditing, facility inspections and assessments, stormwater sampling and sample management, analytical data management, Industrial Stormwater General Permit (ISWGP) reporting, ISWGP action response consultation, stormwater treatment design oversight, and general regulatory correspondence.
